Acqua Metabolica is a complete activity that combines movement on land and in water, for deep and lasting wellness. It starts with 30 minutes of Camminata Metabolica® on land, to activate metabolism and work on technique. Then you enter the water, where — also thanks to the FBand® — you support spinal release, circulation, and microcirculation. An innovative method that alternates energy and relaxation, to work the body in a functional, harmonious, and sustainable way.
Activates circulation, especially microcirculation, helps unlock joints and release the back. The Trainer offers practical advice to improve daily habits and support long-term draining effects.

The work changes compared to land, but the goal is the same: tone the waistline, reactivate the calves, and improve the shape and function of the glutes

A deeply regenerating practice. After the active phase of Acqua Metabolica, participants can experience the Atlantide Massage. A powerful moment of emotional and muscular release, where you float suspended, supported by soft tubes, and connect with yourself and others.
Divided into groups, participants exchange mindful touches, gentle gestures on hands, ankles, and calves. The body relaxes, the mind slows down, contact becomes human again — simple, deep.
In an era of digital hyperconnection, water, with its fluid and constant embrace, becomes a tool for connection, while physical contact takes on therapeutic and emotional value.
